- Do I need previous experience?
- No. Most participants arrive with none. Beginner courses start from scratch: the equipment, reading the sea and the wind, then standing up on the board.
- Is equipment included?
- Yes. Board, wetsuit and safety gear are provided by the school, so you only need to bring a swimsuit.
